15 t class coil with ID expand range — watch camber and edge quality before forming the flower.
Bring the edges together for the HF weld — any gap or mismatch shows up as an open seam later.
This is an ERW/HF weld zone — the seam is closed by high-frequency welding.
Remove the bead, then set OD/square sizing — keep round and square families correctly tagged.
