Dual-layer floor deckhost.

Dual-layer floor-deck host (23+31 stands, 80/95 mm shafts) forms two deck profiles with a path brake so only one layer runs at a time, with optional embossing - core decking for multi-storey steel structures.
Deck geometry plus lap variants (especially H38) and one-layer-at-a-time path select define this host — its own dual-layer deck story, distinct from a dual-layer roof-tile line.

Use the profile drawings as the working boards, with lap callouts for H38, so the live layer is always identified.
Show upper working while lower idles (or reverse). The path brake is what makes one-layer-at-a-time forming work.
Walk the ribs against the board; thickness matches the live-layer recipe.
Show the on and off states for the emboss and emboss-break stands.
Square ends for deck nesting; inch/mm mode as commissioned.
Tag the deck profile and confirm nesting. The 10 t decoiler spec lives on the decoiler page.
Dual-layer floor deckwith path brake, optional emboss/break, hydraulic cut, US 240 V / 60 Hz.
23+31 stands on a 400 frame, dual-chain drive with path brake, optional emboss pair, and a 12 m dual movable stacker.
The 10 T hydraulic decoiler ships in the same order — see the decoiler page for its full specification.
Peak-38 needs two lap drawings. Film both nests or label which lap is live.
