A 15 t class hydraulic decoiler carries the coil; the peeler and entry pinch feed the strip head into the leveler.

The 17ר84 stack flattens the strip. Set roll gap to the 0.5–3 mm recipe, then confirm flatness on the first-off sheet.

The servo straighten/feed unit measures the cut length and stops the strip for each cut, so length repeats sheet to sheet.

The LD blade completes one full-width stroke per sheet, producing a single wide blank each cycle.

Sheets drop onto the pneumatic stacker and leave on the exit car. Check the stack for squareness before strapping.
