    The process is mesh in a male/female pair. Pattern comes from the customer board. Decoiler, levelers, shear or recoiler are package items — present on some proposals, absent on a head-only quote.

    Can the three drive rows be averaged?
    Thick-line emboss is about 22 kW. Thin 1220×1.5 is about 7.5 kW. CZ1600 is about 11 kW. Thickness ticket matches the motor row.
    Is barrel corrugation the same as embossing?
    Barrel uses Ø500×6 m rolls at 10–15 pcs/min. That is a different process. A companion Ø410 embosser on a barrel order is also a separate station.
    How are price and lead time quoted?
