15 t hydraulic decoiler plus crop shear. Expand the mandrel, thread the head and make the crop cut before the slitter.

Build the knife pack for the required strip count and thickness. Lock arbor and confirm strip width on the width scale.

Run up to 40 m/min. Edge trim winds onto the scrap winder while the main strips continue to tension and recoil.

55 kW recoiler with separator discs keeps each strip in its lane. Edge-burr check before strapping the finished coil.
Slitting— circular knives plus recoiler, producing multiple narrow coils from one master coil.
