    Freeze pipe OD and wall

Dies follow that envelope. Thicker downpipe from another host is a different die conversation.

If the crate is the bender

Insert, locate the offset, bend. Angle ≤ about 90° on the documented unit; wrinkle-free intrados; lock seam still closed if the pipe is lockform.

If the crate is the reducer pair

Neck one end, flare the other as specified. Telescoping joints are this job. 380 V / 50 Hz on that sheet vs 380 V / 60 Hz on the combo package.

    Dry-fit to outlet and riser

2.2 kW is the auxiliary, not the whole rain line.

    What's included

    This line

This page: Elbow bender and reducer pair after the downpipe mill.

    Standard build

Sister lines: Gutter + downpipe mill, gutter cover, and square downpipe with on-machine bend.

    Key details

    90° vs neck/flare

Two fittings. Name which crate is on the floor.

    0.45–0.5 mm on the pair

Thicker pipe needs another die conversation.

    Dry-fit, not mill speed

2.2 kW is not rain-line total power.

    FAQ

Is the elbow machine a gutter mill?
The open trough is already formed. This process takes a cut downpipe and either bends an offset or necks/flares the end.
Is the reducer the same as the 90° bender?
The reducer pair necks and flares 0.45–0.5 mm pipe at 380 V / 50 Hz. It is not a 90° elbow.
How are price and lead time quoted?
Send pipe OD, wall, whether you need 90° or neck/flare, and site voltage. Commercial terms come back on the offer.
