Standby empty or already loaded. Clear the swing arc.
4 t per side. Hydraulic expand before rotate so the coil does not walk at 50 m/min.
Set both before the rotate. Then remote-rotate so the loaded eye lands on the mill path.
Driven payoff to the host. If a joiner is in the line, splice acceptance belongs to that joiner.
