    Mount the coil on the 1.5 t manual decoiler, expand the mandrel and feed the strip into the line.

    Choose the 17×95 mm or 30×95 mm hole map; the C profile also receives the stamped ST logo.

    Both C and U profiles are dimpled on the webs; size and pitch follow the customer drawing.

    The arch frame carries Φ50 mm Cr12 shafts driven by a gear train for even torque across all stands.

    The line stops for each cut, then discharges onto the 3 m run-out table. A stop cut-off holds the section steady for a clean, square end.
