Pay off thick 2–6 mm coil on the single-head decoiler.

Bearing-steel rolls progressively form the angle legs on a 25 mm mid-plate frame.
7.5 kW hydraulic shear with GCr12 blade stops the strip for each cut.
Finished pieces leave on a 3 m drop table, then operators stack manually.
The line supports remote run per the order. Keep E-stop and pendant within reach.
Check leg length, inside radius and thickness against the drawing before full production.
Angle steel former: 2–6 mm, 13 stands Φ95, 10 m/min, hydraulic stop cut, 415 V/50 Hz.
