First deck line for a steel building contractor
You need one deck section, formed from coil, cut to the lengths your floors take. That is the deck line itself, with the decoiler and the hydraulic cut that come with it.

Start from the open floor deck line: a deck section with about 914 mm effective cover, formed from about 1250 mm of coil, used as permanent formwork for concrete floors. Add a cut-to-length line when the plant prepares its own blanks, and a heavier decoiler when coil weight rises. Closed deck and roof sheet are different machines and different pages.
For steel building contractors and sheet processors who are setting up deck production for cast-in-place concrete floors, and whose first-year output is one deck section at about 914 mm cover. The line is bought once and tooled for that section; the question is usually what to add beside it, not what to add on it.
You need one deck section, formed from coil, cut to the lengths your floors take. That is the deck line itself, with the decoiler and the hydraulic cut that come with it.
If you buy coil at the width you need, you can leave blank preparation out at first. If you buy wide coil and want to cut your own blanks, a cut-to-length line is the usual companion.
A 5 t manual decoiler is what the line ships with. When coil weight or crane time becomes the bottleneck, a driven decoiler with a coil car is the first upgrade rather than a second mill.

This page covers the open floor deck line for a single cover width of about 914 mm: the forming host with about 28 stands on a Ø90 mm shaft and chain drive, the 5 t manual decoiler, infeed and guiding, the hydraulic cut-to-length shear, the outfeed support and the control cabinet. It also covers the immediate companions a deck plant usually buys alongside it - a cut-to-length line for blank preparation, and a heavier decoiler when coil weight rises - and the options that attach to the deck line itself: a hydraulic front shear, a driven decoiler with a coil car, another roller set for a different cover width, and a nominated control brand.
No. The two profile types use different roll arrangements; you need two machines, or a retrofit confirmed against drawings.
No. Closed deck uses a different roll set and more stands — it is a separate machine and would come with a separate quotation.
No. Coverage width is determined by the roll set: approx. 1250 mm infeed corresponds to approx. 914 mm effective coverage. Changing coverage width is a separate configuration confirmed against drawings.
