What this profile is

This is the CS-118 interlocking roller shutter slat. It is a curtain slat: the hooked edges engage with the next slat, and the assembled curtain rolls up on the drum. It is not a guide rail, a door frame or a garage door panel.

Geometry

Drawing 06 shows a 118.5 mm developed width and a 28.9 mm height. The hook shape and the developed width must match the signed slat drawing before the roll set is released. The slat is formed from 1.6 mm strip on the CS-118 line.

Developed width is measured along the strip, not across the finished curtain. Coil width follows the developed width plus the edge allowance on the signed drawing.

[用文件:739_卷帘门机_版型__06.jpg]

The cover image on this page is that drawing, not a photograph. No photo in this set shows a finished 118.5 mm slat, so the drawing is the reference.

How it is used

Slats are assembled into a curtain, seated in side guide rails, and wound on an octagon drum. The guide rails, box, bottom rail and drum are separate products. A complete shutter project buys them as separate items, not as stations on the slat line.

Boundaries

This is not a single-layer 0.8–1.2 mm slat, a European thin 0.25–0.35 mm slat or a PU double-layer slat. Those are different thickness tiers with their own quotations. It is not a 699/747 mm sectional garage door panel and not a door frame profile.

Dimensions on this page are taken from reference drawing 06. Production follows the signed customer drawing; do not scale from photographs.
