Roller Shutter Door Slat Roll Forming Machine CS-118

The D-SL CS-118 is a roll forming line for interlocking roller shutter slats. It takes 1.6 mm galvanized or stainless strip and 118.5 mm developed width and 28.9 mm height, with hooked edges that interlock when the curtain is assembled.

The slat is used for shop, warehouse and industrial roller shutters. The line forms the slat; the guide rails, shutter box, bottom rail and garage door tracks are separate machines in a complete shutter project.

• Garage door tracks, hinges and sectional door hardware belong to a track line, not to this host.
• Door frame and door-leaf edge profiles are formed on a door frame line, not here.
• Garage door continuous foaming panels are a different line class with a wide double-belt section.
• PU double-layer slats add foaming, heating, reshaping and tracking cut-off; they are a different configuration, not this CS-118 line.
• Single-layer 0.8–1.2 mm and European thin 0.25–0.35 mm slats are other thickness tiers with their own quotations.
• Embossed or perforated slats need embossing rolls or a punch pattern; they are not standard on this build.
• Sea freight and site installation are not included.

What thickness does it run?

1.6 mm on this CS-118 quotation. Single-layer, European thin and PU double-layer slats are other tiers with their own thickness, speed and power package; they are quoted separately and are not averaged into this line.

How fast does it run?

About 0–20 m/min on this quotation, with an 11 kW main motor and a 3 kW hydraulic station. If synchronized punching is added, the practical pace follows the punch and cut cadence.

Can one machine make two slat profiles?

Yes, when the order includes a second full roll set. It is not a recipe change on the HMI; the rolls are changed as a set and the second profile is quoted separately.

Are guide rails or garage door tracks included?

No. Guide rails, slides, boxes, bottom rails and garage door tracks are separate machines. A complete shutter project usually buys them as separate line items.
