C50 Drywall Stud Roll Forming Machine for Gypsum Partitions

Our C50 drywall C wall-stud roll forming mill is specially built for interior gypsum partition production. It works with 0.4–0.6 mm galvanized strip, forming a 50 mm web C stud on one fixed roll set and one matched cutter, equipped with hydraulic cut-to-length shearing.

Built for single-size drywall stud production. The finished C studs are galvanized light-gauge members with a consistent 50 mm web, framed with U track into interior partitions and widely adopted on commercial and residential fit-out projects.

What this machine makes

ZT-KEEL-C50-STUD is a drywall C wall-stud mill. It roll forms galvanized strip into C studs with a 50 mm web for gypsum-board partitions. The finished stud is the vertical member that carries the board in an interior wall, and it pairs with a U track at floor and ceiling.

This is a single-size build: one set of forming rolls and one matched cutter for the 50 mm web. The width is fixed at the machine, so there is no spacer change to plan and no second cutter set to keep. If your drawing uses another web width, send it with the inquiry — that is a separate build and a separate quotation, not this page.

Typical strip on this class is galvanized, about 0.4–0.6 mm, with a material hardness of about 350–550 MPa. Working speed is about 15–20 m/min. When in-line punching and shearing are running, plan on about 10 m/min — that is the working figure, not the empty-pass speed.

FAQ

Q:Can this mill also run another stud width?
A:No. This page is the 50 mm single-size build: one roll set and one cutter matched to that web. If your drawing is another width, send it with the inquiry and we quote that build on its own.

Q:Is punching included?
A:Only if you order it. Send the hole drawing, or write that studs are plain.

Q:How fast is it?
A:About 15–20 m/min in normal working. With punching and shearing in line, plan on about 10 m/min. Work out your output from the stud length you need rather than from the working speed.

Q:Can I run villa / LGS house frames on it?
A:No. Villa frames use a different thickness and punching system. Ask for a villa-frame mill.

Q:Is this a structural C purlin mill?
A:No. A purlin runs thicker strip on a different shaft and power. This mill is a drywall C stud line for 0.4–0.6 mm galvanized strip.

Q:Must the C stud and the U track come from the same factory?
A:Not mandatory. Sizes made on the same site are easier to match where the two profiles meet on the wall; we quote both when you ask.
