This process covers the shop floor, not the roof. A coil is opened at the entry, guided into the roll line and formed into panels with raised lock legs; the panel is then cut to length. The finished cover width and seam height follow the signed drawing, and closing the seam happens later, on the roof, with a seamer and clips.

The coil is mounted at the entry end; a decoiler is optional and is matched to the coil weight and inner diameter.

Strip passes through the entry guide, which centres the coil and holds the pan width before the first forming stand.

The forming stands bend the pan and the two lock legs in stages; the chain keeps the stands synchronised. The order board confirms the stand count.

The hydraulic shear cuts the panel at the set length, leaving square ends for the next panel.
Floor-standing main frame with lifting points and guards.
Roll forming stands with steel rolls and shafts.
Hydraulic station and hydraulic cut-to-length shear.
Control cabinet with operator interface.
A new cover width or seam height needs a new roll set; it is not a recipe change on the HMI. No punching station is listed for this quotation. Holes, notches or bird-mouth cuts are separate options and must be agreed before the roll set is released. The ~25 m/min figure belongs to the quotation baseline. Do not quote the KR18 10–13 m/min or the slide mill's ~8 m/min for this line. The seamer closes the seam on the roof; it is not a forming station on this machine. No signed profile drawing has been released. Do not cut a roll set or promise a cover width until the drawing is signed.
