What this machine makes

The 710 is a floor-standing standing seam roll forming line. It turns coated or galvanised steel strip into roof panels with raised lock legs, so the finished roof is fixed with concealed clips instead of exposed screws.

The profile shown in the supplied sample photos is a 425 mm cover panel with a 63 mm seam and three stiffening ribs in the pan. The signed customer drawing governs the final cover width, seam height and leg geometry before production.

• KR18 11-pass package is a different quotation. Do not apply its 10–13 m/min speed or 0.4–0.8 mm range to this mill.

• Trapezoidal, IBR and KR700 wall panels are different families with different tooling.

FAQ

What cover width does this line form?

The supplied sample photos and drawing 04 show a 425 mm cover with a 63 mm seam. Cover width and seam height are confirmed against your signed profile drawing before the order is released.

What thickness range can it run?

The quotation baseline is 0.8–1.2 mm for PPGI, PPGL, aluminium and Al-Mg-Mn strip. Other thickness bands belong to other packages and are quoted separately.

Is the seamer included?

Only if your offer lists it. The host forms the panel; the seamer and hand tongs are separate line items in most orders.

Can it run at the KR18 speed of 10–13 m/min?

No. KR18 is an 11-pass, 0.4–0.8 mm package with its own speed and power. This line is quoted at about 25 m/min with a 5.5 kW main motor. The two sets of numbers must not be mixed.

Does it include a decoiler?

A decoiler is optional. The supplied line photo shows the forming line without one, so confirm the coil weight and inner diameter before adding it to the offer.
