Hu Xianzhe leads the mechanical engineering and roll tooling R&D department at ZTRFM. He specializes in roll pass design, finite element forming simulation (COPRA FEA), and precision manufacturing of cold roll forming dies. His engineering work ensures high-tensile steel processing with zero longitudinal curvature, minimal twist, and strict dimensional tolerances conforming to EN 10162 and ASTM specifications.
