ZhongTuo TR4 Metal Roof Roll Former, Roof Profile Production Equipment Released Customizable

ZTRFM brand-new TR4 metal roof roll former is officially released. It is a new-generation trapezoidal roof profile roll forming equipment for automatic rolling of TR4 specification metal roof panels, targeting building material manufacturers and foreign trade export manufacturers to realize mass automatic production of TR4 roof tiles. The production speed reaches 15–20m/min for continuous non-stop production. Rollers are made of 45# forged steel with hard chrome quenching treatment for wear and scratch resistance. Solid spindle owns strong bearing capacity. Multi-pass forming stations form sheets step by step to effectively control steel sheet stress springback and ensure consistent wave height and effective covering width of every TR4 roof tile with stable finished dimensions.

The complete production line consists of uncoiler device, feeding guide, roll forming main machine, hydraulic cutting mechanism, PLC intelligent control system and finished product outlet table. The touch-screen PLC control system supports visual parameter setting. After inputting target tile length, the machine automatically completes feeding, forming, fixed-length cutting and automatic output counting with automatic fault prompt. The hydraulic cutting blade is made of alloy steel with clean cutting surface and few burrs, reducing subsequent processing procedures and improving production efficiency.

Various optional schemes are supported for the equipment. The basic version is equipped with manual uncoiler bracket with low investment threshold for newly established building material factories; the high-end version is fitted with hydraulic automatic uncoiler, deviation correction system and automatic stacking platform, greatly reducing manual workload for continuous mass order production. Modular structure supports later upgrading and reconstruction. Components can be added during business expansion to improve production line capacity.
