TR4 Trapezoidal Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine

Our TR4 4-rib trapezoidal roof panel production line is specially built for Latin America. It works with 0.3–0.6 mm PPGI/PPGL sheets from 1200/1220 mm coils, equipped with hydraulic cutting and a Spanish/English/Chinese PLC touchscreen for easy local operation.
Built for harsh tropical & highland climate in Latin America. The finished TR4 roof sheets feature high load capacity, excellent water drainage and anti-corrosion performance, widely adopted for industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, poultry farms and storage buildings.

What this machine makes

ZT-ROOF-TR4-S forms one profile: the Latin-American TR4 4-rib trapezoidal roof sheet used on warehouses, factories and farm buildings in Peru, Chile, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.

TR4, TR5 and TR35 are three different roll sets. This page is TR4 only. One host makes one panel. Two profiles = two lines, or a dual-layer machine quoted from drawings.

The TR4 profile has deep ribs of 48mm, fast rainwater runoff, great spanning capability, reducing the number of purlins required for roof installation and saving your total construction cost.
