The ZTRFM Simple Slitter and Cut-to-Length Machine is an integrated 2-in-1 coil processing line designed for longitudinal coil slitting, precision multi-roll leveling, and high-accuracy cut-to-length sheet shearing. Handling galvanized steel, PPGI, and cold-rolled coils up to 1550 mm wide and 0.3–1.0 mm thickness with up to 12-ton coil weight capacity, it allows operators to slit master coils into 2–10 narrow strips or cut leveled flat blanks at speeds up to 20 m/min with ±0.5 mm diagonal accuracy.
