Machine Structure

The front of the line carries the hydraulic press unit, built as a heavy plate frame with hydraulic cylinders and chrome piston rods. Behind it, the forming stations run along the welded base, each station holding an upper and a lower roller on the machine side frames, with the chain transmission running along the operator side.

Production Line

The strip is drawn from the coil through the line and leaves the last station as a formed ridge capping section. The roller stations are arranged in a continuous row, so the profile is built up station by station before reaching the press unit.
