Product Overview

This is a single profile cladding line. Coil is uncoiled into the entry guide and carried through the forming section, where the panel section is built up stage by stage, then cut to length by the hydraulic shear station at the discharge end. The finished panel runs out from the shear ready for stacking.

Hydraulic 4 Pillar Shear Station

The post-cutting station is a four pillar hydraulic cutter. The die set runs on chrome guide pillars inside a welded frame, so the cut face is held square across the profile in every stroke.
