The Wall Cladding Panel Roll Forming Machine is designed for continuous production of steel wall cladding panels used in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, workshops, warehouses, and modern architectural projects. It converts galvanized or color-coated steel coils into accurately shaped wall panels through a series of precision forming rollers.
With automatic feeding, continuous roll forming, hydraulic cutting, and PLC-based control, the production line helps manufacturers maintain stable output and consistent panel quality. The machine is suitable for customers who require efficient production of different metal wall cladding profiles according to their own drawings.

The machine is engineered around a stable forming structure and a straightforward production process. Its main advantages include:
The forming rollers are manufactured according to the required panel profile, allowing the equipment to accommodate different wall cladding designs.

The complete production process can be arranged as:
Coil Loading → Decoiling → Straightening & Feeding → Roll Forming → Length Measurement → Hydraulic Cutting → Panel Collection
The coil first enters the decoiler, where the strip is released continuously. The feeding section then guides the steel sheet into the forming machine.
During the forming process, multiple roller stations gradually shape the flat strip. Instead of bending the material in one operation, the rollers form the profile step by step. This helps maintain dimensional consistency and reduces deformation of the finished panel.
Once the required length is reached, the encoder sends the measurement signal to the PLC. The hydraulic cutting system then separates the finished panel without interrupting the overall production workflow.

A 350H steel frame supports the main forming section and provides the rigidity required for continuous operation.
The standard forming section can contain approximately 14–18 stations, depending on the profile configuration. The forming shafts use 45# steel with a diameter of 50 mm, while the rollers are manufactured from 45# steel and treated with chrome plating.
These components provide reliable mechanical strength and wear resistance for long-term production.
The transmission system can be configured with either chain drive or gear drive, depending on the machine design and customer requirements.

The electrical control system coordinates feeding, forming, length measurement, and cutting.
A Delta PLC serves as the main control unit, while the Omron encoder measures the actual production length. Operators can enter the required panel length through the touchscreen before starting production.
When the programmed length is reached, the PLC activates the hydraulic cutting system automatically.
The standard interface can be supplied in Chinese and English. Other language options can also be considered according to the customer's requirements.
The cutting unit adopts a four-guide-pillar structure to improve cutting stability. Cr12 quenched blades provide good hardness and wear resistance, while the cutting tolerance can reach approximately ±1.5 mm under suitable production conditions.

The wall cladding production line can be equipped with either a 3-ton manual decoiler or a 3-ton electric decoiler.
The manual decoiler is a practical choice for customers who want a simpler and more economical configuration. For higher production efficiency, the electric decoiler can provide more convenient coil feeding.
Before entering the forming stations, the steel strip passes through an adjustable feeding section. Hand wheels allow operators to adjust the feeding width according to the material size.
Four stainless-steel guide rollers help direct the sheet smoothly into the forming section and reduce unnecessary surface scratches.
One important advantage of a roll forming system is its ability to manufacture profiles according to customer drawings.
The steel wall cladding machine can be customized for different:
The forming rollers are designed according to the customer's final profile drawing. Therefore, manufacturers can select a suitable configuration for different architectural and construction markets.
For aluminum applications, the machine can also be customized when the aluminum grade, thickness, profile shape, and forming requirements are suitable for the equipment.

Finished panels can be used for both exterior protection and architectural decoration.
Typical applications include:
Depending on the profile design, the same roll forming technology can also be adapted for certain metal roof cladding applications. However, roof panels require different tooling and should be confirmed according to the customer's profile drawing.
The standard machine processes galvanized steel and color-coated steel coils. The recommended thickness range is 0.3–0.7 mm. Aluminum can also be considered when the material and profile are suitable for roll forming.
The typical forming speed is approximately 15–22 m/min. Actual output depends on the profile shape, material thickness, cutting length, and required production configuration.
Yes. The forming rollers are designed according to the customer's profile drawing. This allows the machine to produce different widths, shapes, ribs, and connection structures.
Yes, if the machine is designed with the appropriate roller tooling. Because wall and roof profiles have different forming requirements, customers should provide the roof panel drawing before machine configuration.
An Omron encoder measures the formed material length and sends the signal to the Delta PLC. After reaching the preset length, the PLC activates the hydraulic cutter automatically.
