This is a dedicated ridge capping roll forming line for the metal roofing industry. Machine Structure

The forming unit is the core of the line: a row of driven stations carries the upper and lower rollers that progressively bend the coil into the ridge capping profile. Shafts run in bearing blocks fixed to the side frames, and the whole row is synchronised through the chain drive on the operator side.
