The brand-new ZTRFM TR4 metal roof tile roll forming machine is officially released. It is built for foreign trade and domestic building material processing factories to continuously produce TR4 trapezoidal metal roof tiles and compatible with PPGI and galvalume coated steel coils. The complete TR4 forming line includes manual/hydraulic uncoiler unit, multi-pass continuous forming main machine, hydraulic fixed-length cutting mechanism and finished product outlet support. The hydraulic cutting blade is made of alloy steel with clean cutting edges and few burrs, eliminating secondary polishing procedures for finished products. The machine supports modular optional configurations. Customers can upgrade hydraulic automatic uncoiler and automatic stacking table on demand. Small and medium processing plants can choose the basic version to control investment, while large foreign trade factories can add automatic components to improve packing and delivery efficiency.

TR4 trapezoidal roof tiles produced by ZTRFM TR4 forming machine feature smooth drainage grooves, low self-weight.
