The Zhongtuo Metal Colored Steel Wall Cladding Sheet Panel Roll Forming Machine is an automatic forming line for producing decorative exterior wall cladding panels from PPGI, GI, GL or aluminium coil. The machine progressively shapes 0.3–0.6 mm coil through 26 forming stations (customizable) at up to 15 m/min, producing narrow-rib batten or broad trapezoidal wall panel profiles with a finished effective width customizable to project requirements.

The machine is built on a rigid green-painted steel frame with yellow top rails; chain drive transmits power along the full roller bed. At the exit end a four-column hydraulic press performs the flying cut. A standalone motor-and-hydraulic unit is mounted at the infeed end. Finished panels are used for commercial facades, industrial building envelopes, residential cladding, agricultural sheds and architectural accent features in metal, wood-grain or solid-colour PPGI finishes.

Key Features

• Decorative wall cladding profiles. The machine produces narrow-rib batten panels (vertical or horizontal installation) and broad trapezoidal corrugated panels from the same platform, covering the most widely used metal wall cladding profiles for commercial and residential facades.
• 26 forming stations (customizable). The standard toolset uses 26 roller stations for a precise, burr-free panel profile; station count can be adjusted to suit alternative profiles or customer drawings.
• Solid 65 mm shaft; chain drive. The 65 mm solid shaft provides maximum torsional rigidity for consistent panel geometry; chain drive transfers uniform torque across all stations at 15 m/min.
• Multi-material compatibility. Processes PPGI (including wood-grain, solid-colour and metallic finishes), PPGL, hot-dip galvanized steel (GI/GL) and aluminium coil from 0.3 to 0.6 mm thickness.
• Hydraulic flying cut. A four-column hydraulic press at the exit end cuts each panel to the programmed length in motion, without stopping the forming line and without burr or deformation at the cut end.
• PLC control; easy to operate. PLC manages forming speed, cut length and batch count; parameters are entered via the control panel and saved per profile for quick changeover.
• 2-year warranty. Machinery test report, video outgoing-inspection and on-site engineer support are available.
