    Operation steps

    Ready formed seam + board

    Ready formed seam + board

Confirm the customer section. Confirm 2″ / 50.8 mm and lock geometry before any tool touches paint.

    Choose single or double lock

    Choose single or double lock

Use the two-stage board. Train which pass stops at 90° and which continues to 180° wrap.

    Clip engagement context

Specification includes the clips the customer already uses. Confirm that the seamer clears the clip and avoids crushing it—clip forming stays on its own page.

    Electric close on the rib

    Electric close on the rib

Seamer straddles the standing seam and travels. Count passes against the lock recipe. PPE is required when operating the seamer on site.

    Manual tongs (when in package)

    Manual tongs (when in package)

Many packages add 180° / 360° tongs for ends and details. Identify tongs vs electric seamer in the package list.

    Tightness and face check

    Tightness and face check

No daylight in the lock; paint face free of jaw bruises. Gate first-off before raising speed.
