Our ceiling panel roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming line designed for continuous production of metal ceiling panels, linear strip ceilings, perforated ceiling tiles and square lay-in ceiling boards from PPGI, galvanized steel, Aluzinc or aluminum coils. It is built for ceiling manufacturers, interior fit-out suppliers and steel profile factories that need stable dimensional accuracy, low scrap rate and fast changeover between popular ceiling profiles.

The line integrates decoiler, leveling feeder, main roll former, hydraulic/servo punching, flying cut-off and run-out table into one PLC-controlled workflow—turning a flat coil into finished ceiling panels at 20–30 m/min without manual trimming.
