Metal Wall Cladding Panel Roll Forming Machine
The Metal Wall Cladding Panel Machine is designed for efficient and stable production of pre-painted steel wall cladding profiles. Through multiple forming stations, the machine gradually shapes the steel coil into the required panel profile while maintaining consistent dimensions and surface quality.
The machine can process pre-painted steel with a thickness of 0.4–0.6 mm and material strength of approximately G350 MPa.
The forming machine uses a 22-step forming process to gradually shape the metal strip into the required wall cladding profile.
Forming rollers are manufactured from 40Cr steel with fine polishing, heat treatment and hard chrome coating.
The hydraulic cutting system uses Cr12 cutting tools with heat treatment hardness of HRC58–62.
The PLC system controls production quantity and cutting length, making daily operation simple and efficient.
Un-powered simple uncoiler designed for stable material feeding. Maximum coil capacity is approximately 3 tons, with a maximum coil width of 500 mm.
