The Corrugated Roll Forming Machine is designed for producing metal corrugated roofing sheets, curved corrugated panels, and other building roofing materials. The machine uses a continuous roll forming process, gradually shaping the metal material through multiple forming stations to create a uniform and clearly defined corrugated profile.
The complete production line can perform material feeding, roll forming, automatic length measurement, hydraulic cutting, and finished-product discharge. A PLC and touch-screen control system allows operators to set the required sheet length and production quantity according to each order.
Zhongtuo can customize the machine according to the customer’s profile drawing, material thickness, feeding width, wave height, wave pitch, effective width, required production speed, and local electrical standards.

The PLC and touch-screen control system can automatically manage production length, quantity, counting, machine operation, and hydraulic cutting.
The multi-station gradual forming process allows the material to develop the required corrugated shape step by step, helping maintain a smooth sheet surface and consistent profile dimensions.
The forming rollers and cutting dies can be manufactured according to the customer’s profile drawing, including the required wave height, wave pitch, effective width, and overall profile shape.
The standard forming speed is approximately 0–20 m/min. Different speed configurations can be supplied according to the customer’s production-capacity requirements.
For higher-speed production, the machine can be equipped with servo control and a servo tracking cutting system.
The control interface is clear and convenient. Manual and automatic operating modes are available for machine adjustment, testing, and continuous production.
Zhongtuo can design the machine according to the customer’s finished-product drawing, material thickness, feeding width, wave height, wave pitch, effective width, required production speed, and local working voltage.
The forming rollers, machine frame, transmission system, cutting unit, electrical control system, and discharge configuration can all be adjusted according to the customer’s actual production requirements.
Before delivery, Zhongtuo will inspect and test the complete machine and adjust the equipment according to the confirmed profile and material parameters.
We can provide operating guidance, installation and commissioning instructions, technical documents, spare-parts support, and remote PLC technical service.
According to the project requirements, technicians can also be arranged to visit the customer’s factory for installation, commissioning, and operator training. After the machine is put into operation, technical support can be provided through remote video guidance and online communication.
