The 10 Ton Hydraulic Decoiler with Loading Trolley is a heavy-duty coil handling solution designed for large steel coils and continuous roll forming production. With an integrated hydraulic loading trolley, hydraulic coil expansion, lateral correction and pneumatic braking system, it makes heavy coil loading and uncoiling faster, safer and more efficient.

With a 10-ton rated loading capacity, the machine is suitable for steel coils up to 1,500 mm in diameter and 500–1,300 mm in width, providing reliable material feeding for demanding roll forming applications.

1.10-Ton Heavy-Duty Capacity

Designed for large and heavy steel coils, the machine has a 10-ton rated loading capacity, providing strong and stable support during coil processing. 

2. Integrated Hydraulic Loading Trolley

The integrated loading trolley moves back and forth on the machine frame, making heavy coil loading and positioning much easier. The trolley provides a 2.5 m travel distance, with a hydraulic lifting system and a travel speed of approximately 4 m/min. 

3. Hydraulic Coil Expansion System

The coil expansion system is hydraulically controlled for fast and stable coil positioning. The expansion cylinder uses a 125 mm cylinder diameter, providing reliable clamping force during operation. 

4.High-Strength Main Shaft

The main shaft is manufactured from thick-wall seamless steel tubing and machined for high strength and fatigue resistance. With a shaft specification of 203 × 50 mm, it provides strong load-bearing performance for heavy coils. 

5.Coil Protection Design

The expansion blades feature an interlocking design, increasing the contact area between the blades and coil while helping reduce potential damage to the coil surface. 

6.  Hydraulic Lateral Correction

The decoiler body can move laterally by 200 mm through a hydraulic correction system, helping maintain accurate material alignment during feeding. 

7.Pneumatic Braking System

The pneumatic braking device helps prevent the steel coil from loosening or over-running during uncoiling, contributing to smoother and safer operation. 

 8. Variable Speed Control

The electrical control system uses a 7.5 kW frequency converter and Schneider electrical components. Variable-frequency control allows the operating speed to be adjusted according to different production requirements. 

9. Heavy-Duty Welded Frame

The machine base uses 200 × 200 mm and 200 × 100 mm square tubes, while the main box structure is welded from 14 mm thick steel plates, providing a rigid and durable structure for long-term operation.
