CNC press brake ZPB-170T/4000— roof-sheet end/edge bending station.

CNC press-brake finish (ZPB-170T/4000) for roof-sheet end/edge bends with mechanical crowning and die match. Packaged with companion trapezoid former (1250→~1000 / H40).
The end bender is a standalone station: the sheet is already formed when it arrives, and the machine only puts the step bend into the finished panel end.

Trapezoid profile specs (coverage 1000 / H40 height). Bend process must avoid rib positions—don't use glazed-tile end geometry.

Check flange depth against the published 320 mm throat before loading long panels.

Small/large die setups. Wrong V opening can crush ribs or cause angle deviation.

Program backgauge; execute bend. Film left-center-right angle checks to verify crowning compensation.
Proper preload crowning means even angle along the length. One mid-span photo is not enough.
Corner guards and face interleave. Short bent flanges dent first in careless nests.
A package may use different former / brake suppliers. Label both nameplates—don’t imply one brand built both.
