Operation steps

Hang the clip specification

Show the Z / step clip with the 76.2 mm mark readable. Hook lip and base holes must be obvious in one still.

Hang the applicable panel board

Coverage and seam-height family. If the live panel is 25.4 vs 38.1 mm, the clip kit must match the specified height.

Incoming / first-off inspect

Gauge thickness ~1 mm, height ~38 mm, hole positions, coating. Scrap-tag rejects before bagging ten thousand.

Dry-fit under sample panel

Seat the view under the seam foot. Clearance for later seamer / tongs must be obvious—this is the key visual buyers remember.

Tongs kit (when ordered)

This shipment includes labeled tongs sets. Photograph type 1 vs type 2 as on the specification—do not teach bite passes here; link the closer page.

Anti-rust pack and ship

Bag by count, protect coating, ship with the customer’s other equipment as noted on the spec sheet.
