Two hydraulic heads let the next coil be prepared while the current one runs, keeping the line fed.

Webs are fully dimpled and punched in one pass; hole patterns follow the approved drawing.

Cast stands driven by a gearbox bring the strip to the finished section, including the small return lip.

A single cut-off station downstream of the punches trims each piece to the programmed length.

Each section is marked automatically so size and batch stay traceable after bundling.

Finished sections are collected by the automatic stacker and secured with PP strapping ready for despatch.

Every web is dimpled on this line; if a project does not want dimples, the roll set has to be specified differently at order stage.
The 70 m/min figure is the mechanical top speed. With five punch stations working, the achievable average depends on hole pitch.
