A TR4 panel is a single-skin trapezoidal roof sheet with four major ribs. It is the workhorse profile for painted steel roofs on industrial and farm buildings in much of Latin America.
| Variant | What it is |
|---|---|
| TR4 | 4 major ribs; this article and the linked machine. |
| TR5 | Different rib count and roll set; usually a cheaper, separate host. |
| TR35 | Thicker/faster class (up to about 1.0 mm on high-speed lines). Not this machine. |
One roll set makes one panel. Asking for TR4 and TR5 from one standard host means either two machines or a dual-layer line quoted from drawings.
Coil is decoiled, guided into 18–22 progressive stands, then hydraulically cut to length. Optional curving is a second machine after the host. See the process page for the step sequence.
Two Latin-American trapezoid families, two roll sets. Confirm with a drawing.
No, unless dual-layer / tool change is quoted.
LATAM jobs use 220/380/440 V 60 Hz; confirm on the order.
Electric 900–1800 mm; hydraulic 120–170°.
Spanish / English / Chinese on the standard TR4-S.
S-class 40–50 days after drawing freeze.
